Went to this restaurant and all I can say is the food was absolutely amazing 11/10, couldn’t fault it. Amazing flavour, cooked well and presented great. The staff were so kind and funny too and looked after us well. 10000% would recommend this place to anyone, it was great. Ignore the bad reviews they’re just salty people. As someone of a Caribbean descent, I know good food when I see it and this was one of them!

Went to Paradise today to buy 2 Salt fish patties, well I must say it’s the best Salt fish patties myself and my partner have ever eaten my partner who only eats fish was so surprise, it was full of salt fish. The pastry was not oily just right with the pepper on point. Thank you so much also the service was great. I will be back

Me and my friends came here yesterday for two of our 16th birthday party. To be honest, as an African, I was terrified of trying the food as I've never tried Caribbean food before but I was blown away! Honestly, the oxtail was so succulent, the plantain was sweet, the jerk chicken was beautiful, the drinks were amazing, the service was quick considering we were a party of 8 and its a small business, and best of all, the prices are cheap! Two of us were Muslims, and their menu is halal, and even has vegan options. We're all broke teens and we didn't have to break the bank to eat well. Thank you Paradise!

Dumpling burgers very nice. I suggest they should make a festival (sweet option) with the burger. That would be very tasty but this place is great.

Been to this restaurant about five times now and will keep coming back. So happy I found this gem of a Caribbean restaurant. The flavors are spot on, you can taste the authentic Caribbean spices from the jerk chicken to the curry goat and my personal favourite, the oxtail. Every dish is cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. The portions are generous. The staff are friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Paradise is also family-friendly, which is a huge bonus! My kids love the menu and we always leave with full stomachs and big smiles. If you’re craving genuine Caribbean flavors in a relaxed setting, Paradise is the place to be. Would Highly recommend you visit.

This is real soul food (halal too)! The curry goat was exceptionally tender, with a really tasty (ever-so-slightly south asian) flavour. The boneless jerk chicken was both juicy and succulent, perfectly spiced, paired really beautifully with crispy caramelised plantain on a bed of rice and peas. As this was my first time trying Caribbean food the key question would be "would I order again?" and the answer is absolutely yes. Undoubtedly.

Absolutely incredible authentic Caribbean food in Romford. Real hidden gem! Portions are generous, food is reasonably priced, service was good - I can’t complain! I will definitely be coming back here.

Some of the best Caribbean food I've had from any restaurant! I had the curry goat with rice and peas, and it was delicious...I had to compliment the chef. The staff are so polite and friendly. It's a family - run restaurant with a good atmosphere. The place is tastefully decorated and really clean and bright. I'll be telling family and friends about it. Well worth a visit.
